Anna Silk is Canadian actress that is most well-known in Canada by her character in the film Bo. Silk is an actor from Canada born in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Ilkay is the producer and director of drama at St. Thomas University, is Silk's mom. Silk's father Peter is an academic. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. The couple renewed their vows on April 10, 2011 in Fredericton in the aftermath of Silk's changed her religion to Judaism. Silk Cooperman was blessed with her son Samuel Jerome Cooperman, in May 2013. Levi Aaron, her second child was born May 13, 2016. Silk's work on television includes the role of Cassidy Holland in Being Erica for which she received an Gemini Awards nomination in 2009. She landed a principal role in the role of Bo Dennis, a succubus as seen as Bo Dennis in Lost Girl. Silk was pregnant during production of the season three finale. She announced the news to the viewers during the Showcase's Season Three Pre-Show Special on 6 January 2013. Silk tweeted on June 20th that she's ready to go back to her work. On June 4, 2013, Showcase and Prodigy Pictures officially announced the beginning of the final season of production. Magazine declared the couple as one of the Top TV Couples in 2013 Entertainment Television. Silk's success has led to an extensive online presence through social networks.
